It's been far too long since we last featured a coffee from Ethiopia, and we're thrilled to finally share this new release. While determining the best coffee-producing country is a matter of personal preference, if we had to choose a favorite, we would likely say washed coffee from Ethiopia.

This specific lot comes from the village of Riripa in the Sidamo region and exemplifies everything we adore about Ethiopian coffee. Its flavor profile is quintessentially Ethiopian—delicate yet complex, approachable yet profound. This coffee beautifully captures the nuanced qualities that make coffee from Ethiopia so exceptional.
